Jacob is a scout.

Well it has finally happened, Ken has a scout. Ken and Jacob went together to the scout house and picked up his shirt and book it was a great bonding time for them. Jacobs first meeting was at night and the was pack meeting were all the kids and their families get together and recognize the boys on their accomplishments. Jake and his friend both recieved thier nekerchife and their slides. Jacob really doesn't like to be in front of people so that was not his favorite part. Kolton really wanted a scout shirt and stuff also and we had to keep telling him that he would get one when he was 8. Cub scouts will be a lot of fun and can't wait to start to earn badges and arrows. Posted by Picasa

Kadi had young women in excellence on wednesday. They had to make a poster and bring in one of their value projects. Kadi sewed two bags, pajama pants, and a pillow case for Divine Nature. It was very good. Posted by Picasa

Here are some picture of Jacob Birthday, Jake got a new bike that is a little on the big side and he has to stand on his tippy toes to start and stop, but he loves it and was on it all morning. He and Jaimee rode on their bikes and had a great time. I can't believe that Jacob is 8 years old and is going to be baptized next month. Jake had a great day he started with his bike and then we invited a couple of firends and cousins to go to Chuck E. Cheese, my favorite place they played there for a couple of hours and then we came back to the house to have cake and ice cream although they were the same thing because we got an ice cream cake. Then to top off the day we watched The Holy Grail it was the first time that the kids watched it. They enjoyed it but Jake with is logical mind could not get past the nonsense. They have been quoting from it all day today it is funny. Posted by Picasa

Here is a campout we took this week. The kids are off for fall break and so we took them up to a friend's cabin. It was freezing, it felt great. The kids and Ken went for a walk and we took a nice drive home and went down through the Salt River canyon which is country we have never seen before, it was beautiful. Arizona is so much more than desert. We went up to the White Mountains they are amazing. It was lots of fun and very relaxing.

Yes I am officially a working girl. I now work at Golden Spoon in the morning. Kolton comes along with me he watches movies and plays on the computer. He is pretty good, he gets bored around noon and is ready to go home. I am enjoying working with the customers and getting to know all the regulars.

Here are some good pictures of Kolton's 5th Birthday. It was a hard day for me because my baby is 5. I have not enjoyed the fact that my baby is 5. I actually found a good picture of Jacob where he is smiling. Kolton had a great day. We had Jordan's family over for dinner, kolton loves to play with his cousins.

Kadi felt we needed to put in pictures of Jaimee and Jacob, the problem is that I don't have any great pictures from dad's party because they were being stinkers. So here is one that they are in so that you can see there are part of the family.

We are really having fun now that I think I have figured out how to work this. Kadi and I are working on this together so we thought that we needed to add some more to our blog. This are pictures that Amy took at my dad's 6oth birthday, it was in Cedar City we had a great time.

Trying out our new blog to see how it works. I hope to keep you all informed better with our life with this awesome web site.
This is a great picture of Kolton I think it shows his true colors.
